Under the general supervision of the Area Leader, Production Supervisor, and/or Plant Manager; the Machine Operator will be responsible for ensuring the equipment is operated correctly by utilizing monitors and gauges on the equipment. He/she will organize and lead the process and team on the line to ensure good quality product is produced at all times.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
# b2 N8 h7 T) X1 A5 H% ]-Review the daily production schedule.
$ n3 u& o! e: k  Y# ?8 y, E-Ensure proper and safe operation of the equipment.
) R  q3 X9 o/ p7 B1 T& c/ N-Regularly monitor that the product conforms to quality specifications.
9 ^1 m+ m; v3 o* d2 Q6 d-Use SPC weight control system to check weights are deposited as per specification.
-Responsible for proper cleaning equipment.
6 Z8 X% ^9 u9 f: B4 v-Continuously monitor and adjust the process based on upstream and downstream production needs.
-Ensure that the equipment has been properly cleaned before starting production after CIP has been completed.
- Regularly co-ordinate with other Machine Operators on the line.
-Ensuring quality of products on the line.
; B8 g) Z5 K7 m% S-Ensuring proper and accurate set up of the line(s).
-Responsible for the crew being on time, understanding their tasks and ensuring that they are met under all circumstances.
+ M+ k: g1 D1 O" \, A- Responsible for Mixer responsibilities and following the Mixer processes when providing coverage.
! e8 k$ O7 r. }: C  |-Ensures production schedule is being followed at all times.
-Responsible to work in the role of general production worker when required.
-Responsible for documentation and administration reports.
. G' g; }* k' f8 z2 ?" t( c-Responsible for maintaining work area is clean and free of hazards.
-Responsible for practicing and adhering to Food Safety, GMP's (Good Manufacturing Practices) and Health and Safety.
- Responsible for practicing and adhering to company's policies and best practices.
  K( H* p/ z6 e/ j- Responsible for following company core values; Respect, Direct Communication & Quality.
