In preparation for Citizenship and Immigration Canadas new Off-Campus Work Permit Program (OCWP), SDCs International Student Services will be presenting OCWP Information Sessions for Westerns international students and interested members of the Western community.  (NOTE:  As of June 1, 2006, international students at Western will be able to request Verification Forms - details will be released very soon).

The OCWP Information Session will:
·         Provide details on the OCWP Program
: n0 G- C9 Y) P2 d0 L- U·         Explain the application process (including obtaining Verification Forms)
: ?$ E! Q5 o' x, p' E·         Assist students with questions they may have about the OCWP Program
It is strongly recommended that international students interested in applying for an Off-Campus Work Permit attend one of these information sessions.

( _3 L( q! L( aThe Off-Campus Work Permit Program information sessions will be held on:
·         Tuesday, May 30 from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m.
& B4 v/ L  t5 `·         Tuesday, May 30 from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m.
0 \/ Z; t  R6 B- i( ^- c·         Wednesday, May 31 from10:00 to 11:00 a.m.
) p9 ?4 B. }9 Z/ U( p·         Thursday, June 1 from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m.
·         Friday, June 2 from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m.
) V( y: Y# p# T9 r  s3 n# i0 cAll sessions will be held on the 3rd floor in the University Community Centre in the USC Council Chambers (Room 315).

3 B1 X1 _1 u- m) z" NAdditionally, SDCs International Student Services will be providing guidance and advice on the completion of the Off-Campus Work Permit application form, or regarding the Off-Campus Work Permit (OCWP) program, during OCWP Drop-in Hours (no appointment needed).

7 ~1 _  S6 O7 ?O.C.W.P. Drop-in Hours will take place in Room 270, on the 2nd floor of the UCC at the following times:
·         Wednesday, May 31 from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m.
0 X7 L" p' o, ?·         Thursday, June 1 from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m.
