• Meet with customers in a sales environment to drive HR salesand knowledge.
7 t* h. k+ H+ y2 ^- z• Communicate with customers in person, by phone and by email tounderstand their needs and pain points. 0 E( m1 T- \% Y5 t3 E3 g
• Generate new leads and make sales appointments by meeting withclients and partners. $ ]1 F6 m( E8 W; x* F" P& N1 ^& Z) K" q
• Develop new HR related solutions for clients by partnering withdifferent universities / organizations, training institutions and individualmentors.
; u4 o, h8 \2 C0 W5 m( U; f, u• Manage HR-related projects. • Work with the marketingdepartment to develop new sales strategies. 0 {5 v* T* n1 T) c; q
• Teach other sales consultants how to make sales to potentialcustomers. 5 [( c" {, Q6 h
• Discover target markets and advantages of other companies, aswell as current industry trends.

• Establish and nurture relationships with past customers andpotential customers to facilitate sales. 1 `, j9 Z1 E/ G3 y0 z

• Min. 3-year experience in Sales, Account Management, orCustomer Service in a fast-paced environment.

• Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese(Mandarin / Cantonese).

• Consultative selling experience or team management experiencewill be an advantage. % P; F; r/ p: D0 D- ~
• Able to demonstrate high level of attention to detail. / m* y& k- Z" L4 K! }

• Customer service orientation, be approachable. 0 o1 f7 h0 }* ~9 V& N
• Demonstrate clear ownership & accountability for owndeliverables. Results oriented. # G; F" s) a0 k( }1 p5 B- J
• Excellent interpersonal skill and communication skill,including the ability to make presentations.

• Comfortable to live with ambiguity.
