: p3 z2 z$ `( @% e2 _# m0 ^& y: GCurrently, we are looking for highly qualified Art, Math, or English tutors who are creative and able to produce enjoyable and positive learning experiences

1.Grades 1 to 6 tutors are responsible for a group of 8 to 10 children virtually.$ g% p" W2 m" v4 r: z! x2 S6 |* Z
2.Experienced and educated in the background of tutoring/mentoring to be provided* D2 C r* c7 `
3.Accurately provide reporting regarding student progress as required1 ?/ Z9 r" d7 S9 q' _! T( b
4.Familiar and Follow the updated Ontario Ministry of Education criteria.$ t& D* S9 i1 l! {) O
5.Develop and prepare teaching/tutoring materials and customized tutoring programs
/ D7 q7 C. T$ O( z; }$ l6.Demonstrate a high level of professionalism in handling students' needs.! b/ G; G. z: H# H6 r4 A+ t
7.Recommend the study books or teaching materials to class* ]' ^, S7 N! a
8.Familiarity with using zoom or Google classroom
4 i5 V* C; C: d, g& m. b- j9.Proven ability to work well independently
% B$ h7 k4 X: r3 r) j4 b. Z5 i" `5 |10.Evaluate each student’s academic level and performance and provide a suitable class level.6 v. ?9 l) W0 \# B1 Y

1.Teaching certification of OCT is an asset

3.A demonstrated ability to create an engaging and supportive classroom' i( K: Z+ ]- l
4.Tutors: Not Required, references and transcript as an asset; T9 B7 v8 e) u3 a7 e+ }
5.Must be available 10-20 hours per week1 v+ F W+ p) \7 q, H/ T- c( D
