6 R+ O/ D% e& l8 g" R6 bInternal vehicle maintenance
! W7 f! p. T/ v" lRecruit, train and assess drivers and their qualifications as per driving law
Develop amiable, genuine and supportive relations with drivers on a personal and professional level and collaborate with other departments to solve their problems
7 K- U: A  A' V& X' f4 ^Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely pickup and delivery
Adhere to federal norms for revenue generation while dispatching freight
  w9 q* y6 |; x3 o" u- lAid in cost cutting by organizing timely emptying of loaded trailers and parking, and address problems promptly
Keep track of driver hours and miles in coordination with Load Planners to achieve maximum productivity in given hours
Manage records of personnel, expenditures and of government rules and driving regulations
Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely pickup and delivery
1 V: n$ {9 I% M8 DSupervised a fleet of drivers’ daily activities
Monitored and tracked drivers’ performance

Qualifications:

Relevant experience prefer, but not required
Good PC skills with an ability to quickly learn new software
Strong verbal and written communication skills
4 r$ b. y: F7 T: [+ n' SStrong organizational and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment
Able to communicate in fundamental Chinese is preferred
