Toronto police have arrested and charged a Mississauga man with sexual assault.
6 G- ^: q* V% _& T- `It is alleged that Jose Silva, 61, who owns and operates a driving school on Dundas Street W., had a meeting with a student in his office before the in-vehicle lesson.
) w% K4 H8 }' U) ASilva is then alleged to have locked the office doors and sexually assaulted the student.
