As part of the Bboss design solution Marketing Team, the Senior Product Marketing Manager - Website Solutions is responsible for fully managing the launch of website solutions, from ideation and conception through launch and life cycle management. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you will lead the overall marketing/product strategy, research and development, for existing, new and emerging website products. The Senior Product Manager is ultimately accountable for the success (revenue, penetration, retention) of his/her assigned product line, throughout its entire lifecycle; from ideation, through definition, testing, introduction, growth and decline. He or she participates in the overall marketing/product strategy and leads the development of his/her product development roadmap. He or she is the voice of the customer within the organization and will always strive for maximum product value, competitiveness and simplicity while ensuring alignment with overall product portfolio, business strategy and financial targets. The Senior Product Manager continuously monitors customer needs, market trends and competitive environment to identify new product opportunities. He or she translates product opportunities into clear and actionable business requirements and works with a cross-functional team to ensure successful product introduction. As a results-oriented Senior Product Manager, you will be the national subject matter expert on market trends and competitive knowledge for your products and you will work closely with the Sales organization to coach and train sales representatives on website solutions, the industry and the competition. You will also be in charge of the Go-to-Market strategy for your products and plan their commercialization in collaboration with the B2B Communications team. Key Areas of Responsibility 9 y! L& y, F+ y6 u4 `* ]) K% v
-----Responsible for developing and implementing new products/services roadmap along with comprehensive marketing strategies. Develop product definitions and provide documentation expertise and training to other departments involved in product development. -----Work closely with other cross-functional team members like sales, customer care, IT and operations to meet business objectives. -----Develop the pricing, go-to-market and marketing strategies for website solutions. -----Lead product life cycle management for existing products and services; identify and recommend product improvements to fit customer needs. Determine product development priorities. -----Work with business units in developing product roadmaps to ensure business objectives and financial targets are met. -----Prepares the BRDs (Business Requirements Documents) and participate to defining processes with all cross functional units. -----Assume project management responsibilities: determine key deliverables, introduction schedules and process that need to be put in place. -----Monitoring of product performance along with market trends, user feedback, customer satisfaction, competitive information and market research for a given product line to determine the right feature set for buyers and sellers and fit with market needs.Also monitoring of sales feedback, profitability of the product (P&L) and SLAs from operations. -----Mid-/long term planning: analyze market conditions to identify new business opportunities and strategies in the mid / long term. Education and Experience % W z: b5 R; O+ \: x
-----5 to 7 years of product management experience in a publication and/or web-based environment. -----Bachelor or Master's Degree in business or marketing. -----Knowledge on web projects steps (releases, testing, QA,) -----Proven track record of successful products launch and management. -----Basic understanding of marketing research concept as well as financial tools to initiate business cases. -----Excellent written and oral communication skills (Chniese and English). -----At ease with Microsoft Office.
