+ g. Z+ I. y; B1 t9 p0 zUnder the general supervision of the Area Leader, Production Supervisor, and/or Plant Manager; the Machine Operator will be responsible for ensuring the equipment is operated correctly by utilizing monitors and gauges on the equipment. He/she will organize and lead the process and team on the line to ensure good quality product is produced at all times.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
-Review the daily production schedule.
-Ensure proper and safe operation of the equipment.
-Regularly monitor that the product conforms to quality specifications.
! f! i7 Y5 ?0 a* P-Use SPC weight control system to check weights are deposited as per specification.
# l# a1 n9 v$ X* G+ y4 M4 D-Responsible for proper cleaning equipment.
-Continuously monitor and adjust the process based on upstream and downstream production needs.
-Ensure that the equipment has been properly cleaned before starting production after CIP has been completed.
: f" j0 N: A. F- Regularly co-ordinate with other Machine Operators on the line.
7 Z; g& A4 q+ c( T-Ensuring quality of products on the line.
-Ensuring proper and accurate set up of the line(s).
) r( L' B( }9 m- u3 n* a-Responsible for the crew being on time, understanding their tasks and ensuring that they are met under all circumstances.
- Responsible for Mixer responsibilities and following the Mixer processes when providing coverage.
-Ensures production schedule is being followed at all times.
( A: l( _, D  M6 o) u; @2 ^+ Z-Responsible to work in the role of general production worker when required.
-Responsible for documentation and administration reports.
+ n4 Q* B: T) S# Q# Y& \2 ^-Responsible for maintaining work area is clean and free of hazards.
-Responsible for practicing and adhering to Food Safety, GMP's (Good Manufacturing Practices) and Health and Safety.
: C% l1 s3 [1 I8 B* q7 P- Responsible for practicing and adhering to company's policies and best practices.
