E-Commerce Merchandiser Agorav is an online grocery home deliveryservice. Currently, we are providing our daily service within Mississauga andOakville area. Also, we provide weekly service to Niagara Falls and St.Catherine every Friday. Our energetic team are now hiring E-CommerceMerchandiser. Job Duties:
% g) I) T c. j$ b- Develop & analyze digital merchandising strategies & tactics
- Drive conversion & demand by analyzing and optimizing path-to-product, page performance, category conversion, and top sellers
- Responsible for category page experience - including merchandising sorts, content, filters & overall customer experience
- Identify merchandising opportunities to increase conversion & demand and optimize the overall customer experience
- Communicate and follow up with vendors and other internal departments, detailing related projects that are assigned
- Generate reports and perform analysis on product selection, sales, pricing, market reports, and other related data as required
- Liaise with various stores on promotional campaigns, marketing materials, project timelines, follow up actions and other matters related to various product launch online
- Coordinate deliveries with vendors and receivers to maintain optimal inventory and product quality
- Coordinate deliveries with drivers and customers to maintain company’s service commitment
- Ability to manipulate and digitally optimize product photos for web using Adobe Photoshop or other tools
- Ability to work efficiently to add and update the maximum amount of products in the least amount of time while maintaining a high quality of work
- Working with Marketing team to prepare marketing and promotional materials which include translating messages in both English and Chinese.

Qualificationrequirements:
0 D* q. t; Z5 Y3 A. d- Online Business experience is strongly preferred
- Intermediate to Advanced user of MS Excel, MS Word and Outlook
- Proficiency in graphic design software include Adobe suite (Photoshop, etc) will be an asset
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin) is an asset
- Completed college, university education, able to work independently with minimum supervision and as a part of a team1 v a" D: }+ r- @ c
