+ c0 H: R1 ?1 {/ n" Y5 s0 _& q8 PAdminister and coordinate various HR programs and initiatives, including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, training, benefits administration, and employee relations0 [8 k4 d2 g& z
Support SSC to collect HR records, such as employee files, ? h, X+ \4 c. M+ p% {/ r
Assist with job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and selection of candidates
! `: }& k7 C- O: o1 P9 G1 W4 `6 T: sPrepare and distribute new hire paperwork, and conduct new employee orientation
9 |4 Y8 q. |, k. A: h8 fAssist in coordinating employee training and development activities
) d! S4 t& q0 ?$ N1 M- o' o8 y, k; m1 ARespond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and programs
8 d. G0 O6 G' K: @Coordinate and administer employee performance review process
/ V7 ?8 f9 s G$ g4 hAssist in creating and updating HR policies and procedures
3 g6 R2 e+ n4 S- c2 {* LSupport the HR team in various HR projects and initiatives

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred8 V( w, b/ y& c3 X$ J9 H
1 years of experience in HR coordinator or related role
! K& a4 q* _* e9 M' u; Q% @Strong organizational and time management skills
/ G, K# V, Y4 ?6 s% dExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
# n9 k. C1 Y7 q% FProficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint+ E% [ R4 w( x( d+ \7 @) B1 o" K/ e
Knowledge of HR laws and regulations
5 N @" z+ L( l* u# Z3 b$ E3 tAbility to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
