Manage large amounts of CRM tickets, emails, and in-person customer service interactionsIdentify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction1 ~% b: p$ K. s% M
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communicationProvide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.. M( @8 k3 S& T1 L' V
Meet personal/customer service team KPIs.
