Location: Etobicoke(Steels & Hwy 427)

Wage: $13.5/hr

Job Description

Summary:  Position isresponsible to assemble orders for shipment to the stores; assist other staff;

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Order Picker activities: 95 percent of time

·
$ t5 N: ^& h# ^. }, y* _Operatesorder picker and forklift in and around warehouse

·
Pullsproduct from the warehouse for shipment to the stores

·
Climbson racking system (approximately 15’ above ground)to reach product

·
+ I4 S; l3 X. C4 [7 \Wrapsorder on pallet for shipment

·
# u# ~+ W  F0 m; C% H! x; q6 ELoadsand unloads shipments, pallets, etc.

·
$ d3 `; T( Y9 f! P% P  e8 ]- d3 uPlaceshipments on racking systems

Other activities: 5 percent of time

·
Cleaningup debris on warehouse floor

·
' R& ?/ a; D# F9 J; RLiftsloose or stray products

Requirements

Crouchingis required up to 15% of the shift

2 \' N5 T( |7 D8 NPhysicalstrength to handle up to 25-pound object, frequently. Some items weighing up to50 lbs to be handled occasionally
