晚班：10:45pm--7:00am

1. 能举起25lbs重物
2. 1-3年相关工厂工作经验
3. 可以英文沟通
4. 会Microsoft Office：World and Excel

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
-Responsible for safety of the operation of the equipment.
# [/ }' d+ n; W8 S- a# E-Responsible for reporting any equipment malfunctions immediately to the Area Leader/Supervisor.
-Responsible for maintaining a clean work area and free of hazards.
! H6 p0 M2 H' Q. p. S-Responsible for maintaining small tools in a safe place such as knives, thermometers, scarpers, and scoops. They must only be placed on the stainless steel table.
-Accountable for the temperature, brix (total solids) of critical ingredients and they must be checked and recorded as per frequency.
6 L5 j* {! _" s7 f8 h) _-Accountable for operating and maintaining scales.
-Accountable for following start-up and change over procedures.
3 w) W8 o8 W# F' G* h& z-Accountable for following the mixing procedures.
0 Q3 z# J4 @7 M8 I/ P/ h9 c-Accountable for understanding the ingredients used.
4 l2 y  j! D4 ]2 _8 \-Accountable for understanding the Work Order Travel (WOT).
& r( }6 E. I  o, v- Accountable for inspecting the raw materials prior to use and record observation on the checklist.
" P9 n1 m6 n! [. S-Accountable for completing a pre-operational inspection sheet and reporting and discrepancies.
5 P7 `9 u; g* d: |- Accountable for completing Mixing sheets in a timely manner when required (every time a mix is made).
1 K6 Z+ b1 l9 L& P; A8 \+ i-Responsible to monitor that the product conforms to quality specifications.
8 k/ V# M1 C9 M4 L8 m( s-Responsible to use SPC weight control system to check weights are deposited as per specification.
% U2 W3 C+ v) |6 \' Q- Responsible for proper cleaning equipment.
9 t5 M% Y6 v8 }1 a2 F- Continuously monitor and adjust the process based on upstream and downstream production needs.
- Ensure that the equipment has been properly cleaned before starting production after CIP has been completed.
-Regularly co-ordinate with other Machine Operators on the line.
-Ensuring quality of products on the line.
5 j1 d: ?  _/ R: W3 H4 T# M  f-Responsible for following Machine Operator responsibilities when providing coverage.
-Responsible to work in the role of general production worker when required.
-Responsible for documentation and administration reports.
-Responsible for practicing and adhering to Food Safety, GMP's (Good Manufacturing Practices) and Health and Safety.
-Responsible for practicing and adhering to company's policies and best practices.

-Responsible for other reasonable duties as assigned by the Area Leader/Supervisor and/or Plant Manager.
