We are looking for a competitive Client Advisor to help customers identify and purchase services they desire. Client Advisor duties include consulting, selling and doing after service. The goalis to provide high class customer service and to increase company’s growth and revenue through sales maximization.

Key Responsibilities

·        Welcome and greet customers  in professional manner

·        Pickup income phone call and provide consulting to customers

·        Ensure high levels ofcustomer satisfaction through excellent customer service

·        Accurately describe financial product features and benefits

·        To determine specific scheduling requirements.

·        Buildup and retain long relationship with relationship with client

·        Processing the paper work for opening andclosing account in CRM system

Requirement

·        Proven working experience in financial industry

·        People-oriented and results-driven

·        Solid communication and interpersonal skills

·        Basic administration skills

·        Able to develop and expand relevant network
