Job Description:
•        Responsible for the creation, interpretation, and in-depth analysis of performance attribution results for KAY Asset Management global products.
) a7 X3 K* O' |$ {0 k( C/ R•        Must have a basic understanding of market standard attribution models and analytical calculations and methodologies.
•        Build an in-depth understanding of the intricacies and management philosophy of the KAY Asset Management products assigned.
' N8 y  n5 Z" V$ I•        Develop a fundamental understanding of the equity and alternative attribution and risk models used by the Global Performance Measurement and Risk group.
) p  J% a, O% p* j3 o: Q•        Assist in the reporting and analysis of portfolio and benchmark characteristics (including top holdings, sector/country breakdowns, growth/valuation metrics, etc.)
! ^/ ^! J( ]1 f# h4 `$ o4 b•        Assist with the identification, design, development, and implementation of new and existing analytical tools to improve the ability to explain performance attribution and characteristics of portfolios.

Work Experience
+ }# H8 P8 z0 J+ m/ w  G•        Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or Graduated with two years of related experience in portfolio analysis, portfolio analytics, and/or performance measurement is required.
- f' j4 Y% j0 f5 o, I•        Prior experience with fixed-income, equity, and derivative instruments is required.
•        Prior experience in Operations, Accounting, or Finance in the securities/investment industry is preferred
•        Programming skills such as VBA and Python are a plus.

•        Interpersonal skills necessary to interact effectively with a variety of individuals, departments, and countries are required
