• Generate new leads and make sales appointments by meeting withclients and partners.
2 y: ^! b1 e# e; D# J% m7 @7 q# P• Develop new HR related solutions for clients by partnering withdifferent universities / organizations, training institutions and individualmentors. 3 m+ e, e& Y1 q, u' c p: M! c8 M2 g! B
• Manage HR-related projects. • Work with the marketingdepartment to develop new sales strategies. ' S: }4 f: I/ i
• Teach other sales consultants how to make sales to potentialcustomers. ! ?( Y" Z7 t" O* h1 G0 Q( [4 J$ p- p
• Discover target markets and advantages of other companies, aswell as current industry trends.
) b$ ?$ T3 V9 Y/ ]% x• Always look for new ways to make products attractive tocustomers.
$ r7 o% r* ]/ ^) O4 X6 C3 m• Establish and nurture relationships with past customers andpotential customers to facilitate sales.

• Degree holder in any discipline. ! r$ \) ]: t4 ~; D% [: p. ~. [
• Min. 3-year experience in Sales, Account Management, orCustomer Service in a fast-paced environment. ) L0 d) n& r3 y) \4 u
• Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese(Mandarin / Cantonese).

• Consultative selling experience or team management experiencewill be an advantage.

• Able to demonstrate high level of attention to detail. ) M$ V6 E5 @4 y/ H# x C* Y
