Responsibilities/ X4 k; I+ l( T7 g: l
9 R9 { o' F; y4 e; mAdminister and coordinate various HR programs and initiatives, including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, training, benefits administration, and employee relations' `! p4 l4 l/ x9 v! S, O7 P
Support SSC to collect HR records, such as employee files
9 P& R2 O0 r, F: Y1 |- L9 @/ Z2 eAssist with job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and selection of candidates" }0 b3 V3 v" B, [+ k
Prepare and distribute new hire paperwork, and conduct new employee orientation* b. _; O1 ~) a; a+ M
Assist in coordinating employee training and development activities
& g1 X) w/ E |- rRespond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and programs
1 q$ m: x L' i. Z( K; O3 aCoordinate and administer employee performance review process/ `) E L* k8 p
Assist in creating and updating HR policies and procedures
1 f6 S0 M+ |3 ]5 s3 ^Support the HR team in various HR projects and initiatives
0 h* i: L' ~: m2 D2 Q+ PEnsure compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations

Qualifications" _4 B0 n2 F. T: B n2 `
1 O4 n4 Z# l* z: M; iBachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred
4 T& W. q0 a7 T! G1 years of experience in HR coordinator or related role B4 M6 R. _! `( m% ?+ B5 S6 Z3 I* r
Strong organizational and time management skills
: F$ w- ?) y& k5 O4 ^: e! ^Excellent communication and interpersonal skills9 H( y$ e+ _' J! R
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, w, S- b% i4 A; H+ r. B
Knowledge of HR laws and regulations
