Job Responsibilities

' b, \* h6 M6 s+ V% t2 N2 b( sConsulting with managers and departments as required.
Installing and configuring hardware and software.
Providing IT assistance to staff and customers.
7 R& ~  J8 r5 h$ wMonitoring hardware, software, and system performance metrics.
Updating computer software as well as upgrading hardware and systems.
Maintaining databases and ensuring system security.
Accurately document and maintain records of work performed via ticketing system.
Take the lead on the implementation of new applications and products.
; W; b" |! R8 r  A" U( H, h) dProviding support in the form of procedural documentation.
Managing multiple cases at one time.
Testing and evaluating new technologies.

Job Requirements
, N; \) E! J0 p% w! l/ u* P9 B; O
- s5 h5 |* w/ {+ u- }2 mA degree in computer science, information technology, or similar.
Training and experience in working with AWS.
Additional certifications in business, networking, or related fields are advantageous.
. x) }3 r3 ^  L( ^7 i2-3 years of experience in IT.
5 d6 K" y( j, C2 n' i3 Q* I+ r8 aIn-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks.
0 q# D6 V- w- G- W; b4 FExperience developing reports and analytics using a modern toolset (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, SAS etc.)
0 t. g. J6 ^! q: s6 {9 XProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Windows Operating System.
Ability to determine IT needs and train end-users and colleagues.
* t& P) b( j# {, wAbility to respond appropriately under pressure.
Advanced knowledge of database maintenance and system security.
Sound judgment, attention to detail, and excellent problem-solving skills.
The ability to manage time and tasks with minimal management oversight.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
