根据领事证件交费规定，申请人须使用借记卡或现金支票付费。为方便取证、节省您的时间，请使用现金支票付费。凡申请办理加急证件的申请人，须凭现金支票付费。中国银行（加拿大）多伦多各分行主动向持有总领馆粉色取证单的顾客提供优惠现金支票服务（购买每份现金支票收取2加元服务费）。具体地址和电话如下：

According to the relevant regulations, applicants for consular documents and visas should pay by debit card or money order. To help prevent you from queuing up for a long time, we recommend that you pay by money order when you pick up your relevant documents or visas, etc at the Chinese Consulate. Those who apply for expedited service are requested to pay by money order. Please be informed that the Bank of China (Canada) Toronto branches offers a money order with your pink pickup form at a discount rate ( $2 each).
