Your responsibilities
4 G% y) P8 o% g. ^* t& O• Provide administrative support to the sales team
2 Z1 G& ]7 `5 t$ p$ k7 ]• Answer all incoming calls and handle customer related questions
. o/ a, {# P2 {% e• Assisting with order processing, accounts payables and receivables
5 m+ J& }, A0 ~( K% l$ O" u• Create and update various reports( ?+ \5 f) Z0 Y, ~5 o, f
• Communicate with sales team regarding key information; rates, quotes, invoicing etc.
% m. `& k# @ P6 p# c( j• Assist with shipping and all the necessary documentation

Our requirements

• Customer service experience
