1 k( A1 R9 S; V8 }* QJOB SUMMARY ) V: \3 }0 C9 p9 F$ K$ Q' fThis position is responsible for accounting activities within the finance department including, but is not limited to, analyzing trends, job costing analysis, variance analysis, interpreting results, and providing high-level pro-active financial analysis for assigned regions and/or divisions. The position is also responsible for providing financial result regional presentations to both regional and field managers. This position will also be responsible for forecasting and budgeted of assigned regions. ! I8 M: A# L* c; GJOB SCOPE • Perform high quality variance/trend analysis and present results at regional meetings • Provide a high level of customer service to Regional and Operation Managers 3 t$ U. f+ c0 Z• Analyze, reconcile, and action balance sheet and P&L accounts • Assist and/or take control of monthly/quarterly/annual forecasts and budgets . M& c* v, M$ S) c8 G• Prepare assigned areas of the reporting package each month • Prepare and enter monthly journal entries while executing assigned month end tasks according to established closing calendar deadlines ; s& a9 x$ d: F) Q- s# ], a• Other finance duties as assigned KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / ABILITIES • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel ; F* D; b) l- |; @0 O• Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint 0 C+ {+ M5 G* w7 t* K& _• SAP or other similar ERP software experience considered an asset • Able to perform duties with minimal supervision + l$ ~' x/ u2 I) H9 p, V• Ability to work with various levels of management • Highly analytical with great attention to detail • Superior customer service skills & B; d5 H9 H" c6 I! f4 R" z• Excellent written and communication skills 1 v: |) s8 q- B5 ^' B& tCREDENTIALS / EXPERIENCE 2 ?  f' }# e; t+ Z• Post-Secondary Education - T& w) R3 J# e; [5 g( Z• Currently enrolled in the CGA or CMA program is considered an asset, but not necessary 1 A( ^0 \) a  u! O• 3-5 Years working experience 6 a, l, y- o! E8 TWORKING CONDITIONS: 4 V8 s# c7 X% J• Office environment , R$ @+ a; l  w7 U• Monday to Friday during business hours 8 a4 C( {  y. @. S4 A' u1 L• Some travel required (very minimal) ; U' A: m1 X5 ]5 \
