SAP for a FI (ideally but optional, in Tax) resource who can understand Portuguese (for Brazil) or Spanish.

3 {" C# r' Z. y* o/ K, V- Tax, has been working with standard SAP tax solution or 3rd-party solution, familiar with country/regional specific tax regulations.

' Y2 R5 f/ b& X6 Y( M- Y% ~- IVR which is integrated with CRM system, understand how the IVR ASR engine and text-to-speech engine, prompt scripts.
